I got my start in the entertainment industry as Montel Williams' personal assistant, where I learned quickly that production only works when someone is paying attention to the details no one has time for. That became the foundation of how I work—keeping creative projects organized, structured, and moving through complexity.
Today, I work across creative production and project management, producing short-form digital content and managing production workflows for individual clients including therapists, doctors, and other subject-matter experts building their presence online.
Before this, I spent over a decade in television and digital production for A+E Networks, Meta, Snapchat, and high-volume episodic series. I managed workflows across editorial, post-production, and delivery, and produced branded campaigns across A&E, History, and Lifetime. Across these roles, my work has sat at the intersection of creative operations and production management: translating briefs into actionable plans, building systems that keep teams aligned, and ensuring complex projects get finished.
I'm most effective in fast-moving environments where priorities shift but deadlines don't—translating between creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep work moving forward. Studying improv at UCB taught me to listen first, which helps more than anything.
Outside of work, I report to a 15-pound dachshund who believes she runs operations.
